Duration: 2-2.5 hours
Class includes: a lecture on making sushi, ingredients, tools. You will prepare your own sushi dish in three different ways and enjoy the dish with fresh miso soup and green tea.
Supplies: We have all the ingredients and supplies here. We also only use Japanese ingredients and accessories.
